Process Timeline
We process most orders within 48 hours after they’re placed. However, during peak holiday times such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, additional handling times may occur due to increased order volume. Wholesale orders may require additional processing time due to size.
All orders are processed on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday. Transit times are also based on business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, and our shipping partners do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
During the summer months, and off-season warm weather, we will not ship orders containing chocolate on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid melting.
Where’s my order? It hasn’t arrived yet!
Oh no! First thing, check your email for the confirmation you received once your order shipped. You will find it contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package. You’ll be able to track the progress of your order from the time it left our warehouse until it’s out for delivery.
